My name is Tatiana Silvera, and I am a job landing coach! With 23 years of IT career in the US, and a first hand hiring experience, I've developed a unique methodology that challenges traditional job search approaches.

As a consultant I've helped many people in their employment transitions. Unlike typical career coaches, I offer a transformative experience that reshapes your understanding of job searching in today's job market. Drawing from my background as a hiring manager, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions, I've created a system that guarantees results.

During my training, I teach you effective approaches and work with you to develop a personalized plan for success. My goal is to equip you with the tools and confidence needed to position yourself among the top 10% of candidates who secure job offers.
